Patients who have undergone orthopedic surgeries, abdominal and pelvic surgeries, digestive systems surgeries, ophthalmic surgeries, neuro surgeries, spinal surgeries, urology and prostate surgeries and laparoscopy ERCP will be taken care in this section for first 24 hours after the surgery. Patients susceptible to pre or post-operative adverse effects will also be monitored here.
When a patient is transferred to Sahar section from operation theatre they will be cared as follows:
Control of consciousness levels, cardiac and pulmonary monitoring, pain control, control of the operation site, drainage control, control of kidney function, time and kind of dietary regimens, post-operative graphs, infection control and physiotherapy.

Patients are in close and direct contact with the nurses. They will be by the patients’ side in case of any problems.
All treatment procedures, medicines and physiotherapies will be applied through the computerized system and offered to the patients at the shortest time.
